By booking a service with Fuller Auto Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully — they protect both you and us so every detail goes smoothly.

Liability & Pre-Existing Damage
Important
Fuller Auto Detailing is not liable for pre-existing paint defects, scratches, dents, or any other damage that was present on the vehicle prior to service.
Clients are encouraged to document and communicate any known pre-existing conditions before the service begins. Our team reserves the right to note and photograph any damage observed upon vehicle intake.

Cancellation Policy
Booking
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any fees. We understand that plans change — we simply ask for reasonable notice so we can accommodate other clients.

Payment Terms
Payment
Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept multiple forms of payment — please contact us in advance if you have questions about accepted payment methods.
Services will not be considered complete until payment has been received in full.

Photography & Marketing
Media
By booking a service with Fuller Auto Detailing, you authorize us to photograph your vehicle before, during, and after the detailing process.
These photographs may be used for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, our website, and advertising materials. No personally identifiable information will be shared without your consent.

Service Area
Location
Fuller Auto Detailing currently provides services within the greater Lexington, KY area.
Requests outside our service area may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional travel fees. Please contact us directly to discuss availability.

By scheduling and confirming an appointment with Fuller Auto Detailing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
